b. Gift cards are available in denominations determined by ELaiolithos and are non-refundable.
c. Purchasers must provide accurate billing and contact information at the time of purchase.
Activation and Validity:
a. Gift cards are activated upon purchase and remain valid for the period (duration) of the stay of the guest(s) from the date of activation, unless otherwise specified.
Redemption- Delivery and Fulfillment:
a. Gift cards will be redeemed for the eligible purchases at ELaiolithos’ location, encompassing accommodations, dining, services, and or other experiences.
b. Upon purchase of a gift card, ELaiolithos will promptly deliver or offer the specified services or experiences to the designated recipient(s) within the provided time frame, aligning with their stay at our establishment.
c. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional care and timeliness in fulfilling the gifts specified in the gift cards. We aim to make every recipient feel like royalty, ensuring that their experiences are seamless and memorable. The chosen experiences or gifts will be provided during the specified guest’s stay, enhancing their overall holiday experience.
Non-Transferable:
a. Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
b. ELaiolithos is responsible for delivering the desired services ordered to the specified recipient(s). There is no way ELaiolithos will not deliver the acquired services to the recipient during their stay except if otherwise notified at the time of the purchase.
Non-Refundable Nature:
a. Once purchased, our Gift cards are Non-refundable, except if ELaiolithos fails to deliver the services/ experiences ordered.
b. We understand that circumstances may change, but due to the personalized and curated nature of our offerings, refunds cannot be accommodated except in cases where ELaiolithos hotel is unable to fulfill the specified gift card requests.
c. In the above case refunds for purchases of gift cards will be credited back to the original gift card used for the transaction.
Exceptions for Refunds:
Refunds will only be considered if ELaiolithos hotel is unable to deliver the specified experiences or gifts outlined in the gift card purchase. In such cases, every effort will be made to either fulfill the gift card request during the guest’s stay or provide a suitable alternative. Refunds will be credited back to the original gift card used for the transaction.
