Agiassos beach, located 25 Km south from the capital and port, 15 Km from ELaiolithos, and it’s the last beach of the eastern coast side of Naxos. Parents will totally relax and enjoy at Agiassos beach because its shallow clean calm waters making it ideal safe for children to swim. Agiassos beach is a long bay surrounded by green hills, thus protected by the strong winds. Its peaceful landscape harmoniously matches the blue of the Aegean Sea.
There are here several taverns with delicious local dishes, and a few studios, and rooms. Agiassos beach is not an organized beach, you won’t find anywhere to rent umbrellas or sunbeds, so make sure you bring your own with you. Access to Agiassos beach is easy by car or motorbike via asphalt road all the way. There is no public transportation access to Agiassos beach.
