Azalas beach, is 500 meters away from Moutsouna. The coastline is quite long, mostly rocky with several small coves forming in between, and the sea bed is sandy. The sound of the water is mesmerizing as it leaks the shore pebbles. The panoramic view of the Aegean, the surrounding rugged mountains, and the aromas from the bushes will leave you impressed. Looking east, you will see Makares island and further away Donousa island. Azalas beach is a natural wonder, a wonderful pristine beach, ideal for nature lovers and adventurous.
Azalas beach is also a fisherman’s paradise because of its rocky geology. The road that leads you here is dirt, there’re a few studios for rent, but there is not any tourist facility or amenity here, and when it comes to food, Moutsouna is the only available option nearby.
Not many people venture out here, so if you are looking for somewhere quiet Azalas beach is ideal.
