A Taste of Our Family & Our Island
At the heart of the experience are cheeses from our own family’s fourth-generation cheesemaker.
For four generations, our family has been connected to the art of cheesemaking in Naxos. The cheeses are made from goat’s and sheep’s milk, reflecting the island’s pastoral traditions and the natural landscape where the animals graze.
Their character comes from the land itself — from the herbs, wild vegetation and distinctive landscape of Naxos.
Alongside the cheeses, we serve carefully selected Naxian wines and local seasonal housemade delights, creating a tasting that brings together some of the island’s most authentic flavors.
You will also hear the stories behind the food — about our family, local producers, traditional cheesemaking and the Naxian landscape that shapes them.
